MUA VS Laura Geller Bronzer

Hello everyone, today I am going to be seeing the difference between high end and low end bronzers. Today I will be battling the MUA Matte Bronzed Perfection Bronzer and the Laura Geller Baked Gelato Lace Illuminator Bronzer to see whether price matters. The MUA bronzer retails for £3.00 whilst the Laura Geller bronzer retails for around £20.00.

The MUA bronzer is bigger than the Laura Geller with 15g of product whilst the Laura Geller is 11g.IMG_1099 The MUA bronzer is also matte which is perfect if you don’t want shimmer and just a matte bronzer. One thing that I do notice when applying it is that the pigmentation is a lot stronger than the Laura Geller and that it can make you look a little orange if not blended in properly. I also noticed that when I swatched the product it was a little chalky the MUA bronzer also took a few swatches to get it to look decent because the MUA formula is very chalky there is a lot of dust. Overall I really like this product because it is affordable and does what it is meant to do.

IMG_1093The Laura Geller bronzer is a shimmer bronzer and it is amazing! The bronzer is not as pigmented IMG_1095which I actually prefer because it is buildable and it looks really subtle but beautiful. When I swatched the Laura Geller bronzer I noticed that the formula was soft and it felt moisturising. I also noticed that the Laura Geller bronzer transferred to my fingers a lot easier than the MUA and did not leave dust everywhere. If you do have £20.00 and are looking for a really nice bronzer I definitely would recommend this because the formula is beautiful.
